This policy explains how Emme Digital Marketing ("Emme", "we", "us") handles the personal information you share with us when you use emmedigital.co.uk, enquire about our services, or work with us as a client. We've written it in plain language, but if anything here is unclear please email us and we'll explain.
Emme is a boutique digital marketing studio based in the United Kingdom. Questions about this policy, or about your data, should go to Emily Bushell at emily@emmedigital.co.uk.
Contact enquiries. When you email us or message us on social media, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message.
Client work. If you become a client, we receive the information you choose to share with us in the course of our work together — account access, brand assets, written briefs, billing details — governed by the contract between us.
Website analytics. When you visit the site we automatically collect standard analytics data: your IP address, browser type, device type, referring site, and pages visited. We use this in aggregate to understand how the site performs. We do not use it to identify individuals.
Cookies. We use a small number of first-party cookies for site functionality and, with your consent, third-party cookies for analytics. See the cookies section below.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to run the studio — our secure hosting provider, our email and accounting software — and, where client work requires it, named third parties agreed with you in advance (e.g. advertising platforms, print suppliers).
We hold enquiry messages for up to 12 months and delete them if they don't become ongoing client relationships. Client records are held for the duration of our engagement plus 7 years for tax and legal compliance, after which they're securely deleted.
You have the right to:
To exercise any of these, email emily@emmedigital.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.
This site uses essential cookies for basic site functionality and session management. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept the cookie banner. You can change your cookie preferences at any time via your browser settings.
We'll update this policy as our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
